A hundred battles, a hundred victories.” Lets get down to the big question, there’s many other Lasertag Companies in Singapore with much cheaper prices, why choose us? ​ YOU ARE PAYING FOR TECHNOLOGY These are the guns used by most other providers of mobile laser tag and their cost price: Nerf Pistols $80 Per Gun (Henceforth Called NERF) Cobra Gun $500+ Per Gun (Henceforth Called COBRA) GOTEAM Lasertag Pro Rifles $1400 Per Gun (Henceforth Called GOTEAM) The key differences between their guns and ours is as follows: 1. Ability to be shot from behind or side, no way to cover the sensors Firstly, the sensors of NERF are located only on the top of the gun (the red dome) whereas GOTEAM is located on both our gun and our Bluetooth linked sensor vest which is worn on the body. ​ The problem with a sensor being only on the gun is, if you cover the gun sensor, you become unkillable. Also there is no point in shooting the player, especially from behind. Thus we include the bluetooth linked sensor sling, a light sweatproof web of sensors covering the upper half of the body so you will actually have realistic shooting experience! 2. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event. 11. Waiver 11.1 If we fail, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon the strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these Terms and Conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. 11.2 A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. 11.3 No waiver by us of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing. 12. Severability 12.1 If any of these Terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law. 13. Entire Agreement 13.1 These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing. 13.2 We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other and that nothing may be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such Contract except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions. 13.3 Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these Terms and Conditions. 14. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Home > FAQ I have less than 8 players, can I make a booking? Sure! We will still be able to conduct your event for you as long as you are able to make the min 12 pax worth of payment so we can cover setup costs! Do note that all our events are private by default, thus we won’t merge you with another party unless directly requested by both groups. Whats your maximum capacity? We’ve conducted private events for up to 240 pax and held carnivals for up to 1000 players. So if you have the budget, the sky’s the limit. =) Whats the youngest and oldest age? Can pregnant women join? Our Guns are designed to cater to all ages, thus weighing at only 1.3kg, our recommended age will be from 8 – 60 yrs! Lasertag focuses less on atheletic ability and more on teamwork and positioning, so being fit is not neccessarily an advantage. However although lasertag isn’t a contact sport, collisions sometimes do happen, thus expectant mothers past their first trimester are not encouraged to join for safety reasons! What if they shine at your eyes? Are the lasers safe? Yes the lasers are certified within Class 1 Category, which are within NEA Regulations on the safety requirements for laser and IR devices. Its pretty much the same as shooting yourself with your TV remote, so unless you’re secretly a TV, you’ll be fine! What happens if it rains when we're outdoors? Our equipment actually works fine in the rain. =) However if the players are not waterproof, our Standard Operating Procedure in the event of rain during gameplay will be to seek shelter until the rain subsides, and resume accordingly. We will extend game time by a maximum of 30 mins to make up for the rain! Alternatively, if you wish to postpone the event to another date, do let us know 1 day prior to the event starting, and we will book another date for you with no additional cost.
